Someone forgot to tell Rey that USC rarely ends up in NCAA Sanction Prison.Closure is coming on the Saga that is The Bush Push redux. We all know the facts, and thats not what I'm interested in. Im looking for possible sanctions that the mighty NCAA will lay down on one of its more "fabulous!" teams(See Rey photo again).
A slap on the wrist would not be enough this time, USC needs to suffer the utmost penalty the NCAA can lay down.
